Just A Bunch Of Hocus Pocus Cocktail
It's Just A Bunch Of Hocus Pocus! This cocktail features Empress Gin, lime juice, and a spicy jalapeño syrup. So delicious and magical!
Servings: 1 drink
Ingredients
- 2 oz Empress Gin
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz jalapeno simple syrup, recipe follows
- 1/8 tsp culinary grade shimmer dust
- Lime Soda, to top
- Cucumber slices, to garnish
For the jalapeño simple syrup:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 jalapeños , stems removed and chopped in large pieces
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine lemon juice, simple syrup, and shimmer dust. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain in to a glass filled with crushed ice. Pour Empress Gin over the top. Thread thinly sliced pieces of cucumber on a cocktail skewer to garnish.
In the description it’s lime juice in the recipe / ingredients it’s lemon juice …. which is it ?
