Savory Pumpkin Butter Board

- 8 Oz two sticks top quality unsalted butter
- ¼ cup canned pumpkin
- 1 head roasted garlic recipe below
- 2 tsp flaky sea salt such as Maldon
- 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp fresh Rosemary sprigs
- Sliced sourdough bread crackers, and crudités like cauliflower, endive, and carrot to serve
Bring good quality unsalted butter to room temperature and place in a medium bowl.
Add canned pumpkin and use a spatula to combine.
Using an offset spatula, spread the pumpkin butter on your board.
Scoop the roasted garlic cloves from their shell using an offset spatula and spread on the butter (no need to over spread: little pockets of roasted garlic look beautiful and taste delicious!).
Sprinkle with fresh Rosemary sprigs.
Drizzle with pure maple syrup.
Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
Serve with bread, crackers, and crudités.

For the roasted garlic:
- 1 head garlic
- 2 tsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Slice the top of the head of garlic off using a sharp knife. You won’t to keep the bulb intact, removing just the top of each close of garlic.
- Place on a piece of time foil and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt.
- Wrap head of garlic in foil, pinching the foil at the top. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until garlic is roasted, fragrant, and closes are tender when pierced.
- Allow to cool before squeezing cloves of garlic from their shell to use.
